TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service.

General

▷By commissioning me, you'll get a DIGITAL drawing (.png file). No Prints nor other physical products.▷When commissioning me, you'll have to provide full references of your character (no text descriptions only).▷I won't take any responsability for mistakes that may occur because of lack of references (or outdated ones) or bad/poor descriptions.** please be specific with the details of your commission!**▷I can reject your order if I find myself unable to draw your character or to fulfill your expectations; or if I feel unconfortable with your order.▷Please do NOT copy / trace / sell / heavily reference / use without permmission (from me or the commission's owner) / edit any of my works.▷If you need your commission finished before a certain date, tell me before payment/ordering so I confirm you if I can have your drawing finished on time.▷Rush orders have a +50% fee.▷If no time-limit specifications are provided, I'll take my time to complete your commission.▷The delivery** time limit is a maximum of 1 month, if you do not agree with this part of the terms PLEASE AVOID COMMISSIONING ME▷I won't take any responsability for any missundertsanding or mistake that may happen if you do not read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them does not exempt from compliance.**▷Prices may increase over time!▷I can modify my Terms of Service at any time, if I consider it's necessary.

Procedure

▷I will start the sketch (This may take some time depending on the complexity of your order, make sure you keep up with my to-do list).
▷You can ask for changes during the sketch process as many times as you want/need. Just remember to be specific and don't forget anything you want changed in it.▷Once the sketch is approved, full payment will be made.▷Once payment is made,** I will start cleaning it up/drawing it**. At this point, you can no longer ask for major changes, only additions or small color changes.▷I'll show you W.I.Ps from time to time to make sure everything is ok.▷If everything is ok, I'll deliver your finished commission and everything it may include.

Payment & Refunds:

▷Payment after sketch, Paypal only (USD currency).▷After the payment and your order are confirmed,** you can't ask for refunds.**▷If I started your commission and then find myself unable to complete it, I'll give you a partial refund depending on how much did I progress on it.** Refunds will never be a 100% of the total payed.**▷If you send more money than requested, it will be taken as a TIP, I am not responsible for that extra money paid

Extra fees:

▷You'll be charged extra for any changes that you may ask **AFTER **I've started drawing the polished drawing or I have finished it.
▷You'll be also charged extra if the character has lots of details and/or contains props of any type (armors, weapons, plushies, pets, special effects, etc).▷There are some fees regarding the usage of the commission, please check the chart below!▷You can see a full list of all extra fees that may apply to you commission in my price-list's "Extras" section.
